GMS Recognized for CCRPI Growth
Congrats to Greenville Middle School and Greenville High School for being recognized at the Northwest Region Coaching Network with 5 other schools in the Northwest Region of Priority Schools of Georgia for their growth in the College and Career Ready Performance Index (CCRPI) score. CCRPI is a comprehensive school improvement, accountability, and communication platform for all educational stakeholders that promotes college and career readiness for all Georgia public school students. It is the foremost indicator used in the state of Georgia to measure growth and performance in its public schools.
Principal of Greenville Middle School, Mr. Michael Perry, was asked to present during this Coaching Network about the factors that contributed to our growth at the middle school. He discussed the shift in focus toward data, combined with continued quality instruction in the classroom, as our primary tools for improving student achievement. We have come a long way and continue to work diligently towards continual growth in the years to come!!!
