21st Century After-School Program
Attention Parents! If you are interested in signing your child(ren) up for the 21st Century After-School Program at Greenville Middle School this year, please contact the Instructional Coach, Ms. Elise Heaton, at email@example.com or (706) 672-4930. The letter below went home with in-person students on Wednesday, September 16th. Students should return this completed form to Ms. Heaton if they are interested in the program, and she will give them a student application to get filled out. If you are the parent of a virtual learner, please email or call Ms. Heaton if you are interested in having your student attend the after-school program (either in person or virtually…we will be providing enrichment opportunities in both formats), and she will get an electronic version of the student application to you.
The after-school program will start on Monday, September 28th. The after-school program provides students with opportunities for homework help and tutoring in core content areas like Math and ELA, as well as enrichment opportunities in a variety of areas such as cooking, baking, art, yoga, athletics, life skills, science, and technology. The program will be available every Monday through Thursday from 3:25 pm to 6:25 pm. Buses are available every evening to transport students to drop-off locations that are close to their homes throughout the county.
Please contact Elise Heaton or the GMS Assistant Principal Mr. Owens if you would like more information about the school’s after-school program.
